I promised. I swore never, again. Again... Again... How ‘again’? How is this ‘again’? When, it’s now clear the first, never was. If the false hurt so much, then the real must be agony. But this is something else. You are something else. No matter how, it seems to, how it should, hurt... Somehow I smile. You make me smile. And when you laugh, at my mild madness, you have no idea, how I soar. The last was fake. The pain, pointless. But your smile, is worth the pain.

If the world burns tonight, then with no regard, I would set this all alight. Flame to the canister, final hours turn to ash, time the only challenger. The seconds flow: sand spilling fourth. Unstoppable. So for all it's worth, I smash the glass. Grip tightening... And everything, now, the blood is staining. The hours, cut down, are mere seconds. At the centre, with shards all around, I sit. The world outside burns. But, defiant match in hand, I end it on my terms.

...So very tired...

Exams in half a week, a poor diet, piles of homework, music rehearsals, writing two fully fledged English style sonnets (seriously no kidding) in the past month for a performance assignment, lack of time to sleep and insomnia are NOT a good combination... Also we've had the year's first snowfalls over the past few days. Playing in the snow like a kid really does lift the spirits :)

How can the same person who might as well have saved my life be ripping my heart out on a daily basis? I tell her I'm happy. I'm meant to be long over everything that happened before...Everyone is convinced of it but me. She even felt the need to ASK me before 'getting into anything'. And all I could say was 'If you're happy I'm happy. I care about you both.' And she thanked me...Called me a 'great friend'. FUCK!!! I want her to be happy. She deserves it more than I do. Whenever I'm happy I cock something up and hurt myself and the few people who actually give a shit about me. So these are my last words on the subject: The words I SHOULD
